I’m so honored to post the first topic..but
Firstly, I would like say something about my friend above
Som-O is the one whom I can call her as friend with my whole heart….
Her heart is made of gold!!!
………………Let’s start with something I am so upset and hesitated to talk about…
It is a taboo issue which is about sex. Thais will feel awkward talking about it in public. They will say like, it was the too personal affair. I once see the picture in the temple, that picture showing the man caress the woman sexually. He touched her bosom with pleasant countenance and she is too. And it is painted on the wall of Ubosod, in such religious place. So it is strange to me that sexual pictures are painted in temple openly. But it is rarely to see this kind of pictures.
People will regarded one who talked about sex as vulgar, uneducated and seriously ill-mannered, etc. But honestly, I am one talking oftenly about this topic with friends as long as they dare to ask, I will dare to answer. And it was like “are we invading their personal territory?” or “Am I too open?”. Of course, my friend will have some ideas about myself which I cannot control them at all.
When things are made to become unspoken, it is silenced, what happen to that issue? People will try to learn it in secret, I am shocked when my boyfriend try to use the techniques of foreplay he sees from the AV movie. I am not insulting it, but I don’t like that technique. Rather than relaxing, it made me annoyed and refused to sleep with him. I think AV movies always shows the same techniques of foreplaying they think they mostly makes women pleasing, but I will say that it is nonsense to me.
I and my friends always shares about this experiences, I sometimes think it is profounding time to me to learn that many women are not satisfied with sex life. I see many male magazines suggesting man with sexual problems in very ridiculous ways to me. Sometimes men care about their sizes and their sexual positions. They are like jokes to me and what I used to believe that men are expert in sex is not true at all. This is because men never let women freely talk about their sexual feelings. My gal friends confessed to me that she pretended to cry or screaming like she was in orgasm to her bf but she was actually not. S o I think sex may be not really entertainment, it is just acting.
I think sex can be both fun and boring matter, it will not always be enjoyable like the male magazine suggestion. It may be happy today and disappointing tomorrow. Male is so falsely proud that they can make woman happy. What I want to say is HAHAHA.
Thus, can we sure that male magazine is the best guideline for our sex life. NO!!! Even in female magazine, they also describe sex as a drama movie. It’s like sentimental and spiritual matter. What a …….!!!! lie to me. Sex in female magazine is like the beautiful journey full of imaginative and sensual pleasure. Oh goshhh!! I think many women are trapped by this fairytale( like me for many years). And woman is expected to please man in sex as well.
Sex for me is the hygienic, trusting and chukling matter, the partner should be sure they both are not having sexual disease like STD, HIV, etc. Because it will not fun to get the gonorrhea or abnormal leucorrhea after we have sex. Then I can trust him that he will not force me to have unwillinged sex. I can request and refuse it if I want. That man must understand that where he should touch my body and where he shouldn’t. He must listen to me when I get the problems with my period and he is willingly solving my problems by seeing doctors or study from the health articles. He and me will choose together how to use contraceptive to prevent unwanted pregnancy. I and him can laugh when sex is not really fun and not feel really bad to each other. We can talk when the positions are not work and try another. I can have both the active and passive roles in sex. Oh sex is such complicated thing. Right????

Uniform, a problem of Thai students!
Sometimes in weekdays I go to the university, I see undergraduate students with uniforms. I want to go back to that moment. I want to wear a uniform again. I feel upset because when I was in undergraduate level, I didn't like to wear a uniform. At that time, I thoght that wear private clothes was better.
Should university students wear uniform? This is one of the unsolved problems in every university in Thailand. There are a lot of university students who wear private clothes to class. That means they don’t respect university’s rules. It decreases the whole image of universities. Even though there are many campaigns about wearing uniforms but they don’t succeed. They are not continued and strict enough. However, there are many good reasons why student should wear a uniform; it makes students be unitive, feel equal, and help cut down expenses.
Uniform is a symbol of unity. You should think how hard you can be university students. Not many people have a chance to study in a university. The uniform shows that who you are and you are in groups of well-educated people in society. Your parents work so hard to earn enough money to pay for tuition fees. Wearing a uniform also keeps students to be in order and self-discipline and also remind that they are students so their responsibility is to study.
Moreover, wearing a uniform makes students feel equal. Even if you are rich or poor, you wear same clothes, study in the same institute and also be friends. Some students who don’t have much money to spend on clothes, will feel inferior. They will feel uncomfortable and lack of confidence when getting in group among friends who are well-dressed with brand name clothes and expensive accessories. Sometimes, there will be a gap between friends who have different social status.
Besides, it can help cut down expenses. You don’t have to prepare and think a lot about clothes that you should wear in every morning. You don’t have to go shopping so often to buy some brand name or in trend clothes. Luxury clothes don’t help you to get good grades or improve you IQ. The price of uniform is not so expensive. It costs only 500 Baht per 1 set of a uniform but you can wear it for many years. Now, the economical situation is not very good. The cost of living seems to be higher and higher. As Thai citizens, we should follow the sustainable economy theory of The King. If you can’t earn money and still ask money from your parents, so you should be economical as much as you can.
I think university committee should issue new rules about wearing a uniform. The rules should be more strict and practical. For example, take 5 points off if students don’t wear uniforms to class or don’t allow them to wear private clothes in buildings. In addition, there should be a campaign about motivating students to wear uniforms. The campaign should be continued and practical, too. These solutions will work if everybody and every parts in universities coopertate strictly. So, it takes only 4 years of your life to wear a uniform. Time flows like water and 4 years are not long. So, be proud of your institutes and also yourselves!
